Orders may be cancelled before the DVD is shipped out. Once the order has been shipped, a DVD order cannot be cancelled.
The Kenja Trust may at its sole discretion allow a refund in the event that a DVD is unreadable. A DVD may be returned in exchange for a new one, providing that the original DVD is sent back. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
