International Orders

We do ship to most countries in the world. For applicable shipping costs, check the available options when filling the online order form.

All international order's are excluded from the australian 10% GST. This is automatically deducted at the checkout page.

When will my order ship?

If the DVD is in stock your order will usually ship the next business day after the order is placed. If the DVD is out of stock there can be up to a 3 week delay.

Damage Shipments

Inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the Freight Agent make note of the condition. Open your order immediately and check the contents against your enclosed invoice. Any claim for damaged merchandise must be filed within five (5) days. Save the container(s) that the shipment arrived in.

International Damaged Items. Due to increased postage costs we are unable to offer a refund on return postage. Postage for damaged items is up to the purchaser to pay to return the goods for a swap over or refund.
